The workflow includes the lysis of the sample, followed by the incubation of lysates with the labeled antibodies. After the incubation the sample is highly diluted and loaded into a dPCR plate. During the dPCR reaction, the PICOglue Labels are amplified and fluorescent signal is generated and recorded.
